We checked the account and understand that our Engineering team is already working on your case. A Telstra technician was sent yesterday, but was not able to detect the fault within the their copper network and we were advised that it is a possible issue within the internal wiring.
A TPG technician will be requested to investigate this further and our Engineering team will be in touch once they have the available schedule for the tech visit.
