Slow/Unstable ADSL2+

My adsl 2+ internet is usable but unstable. Often disconnects and reconnects in a few minutes. Very annoying when in middle of meetings.
At the moment connected at dn 6717 / up 514 kbps. Sometimes it is worse.
I noticed that when internet disconnects there is often a single phone ring.
I disconnected home phone line and tried different ADSL 2 filters and still no luck with stability.
Can you please help.

Ps. On top of this ADSL issue earby Telstra tower is offline so no backup is available.

I've run some remote test on the line and was able to detect a possible fault on the copper line that we are using to provide you the service. I've raised this with our Engineering team for further investigation and they'll be in touch within 24 to 48 hours for updates.

I cannot tell how long ADSL has been connected but, I haven't had any drops while using internet recently.
