Slow Upload

There are four of us at home on a 5G NBN connection with you. Two teachers and two students trying to do online learning. Download speed is fine but upload is down to 6.9mbps. Painfully slow. Any solution?

Hi @petejellis . When you say "5G", do you mean the new 5G mobile technology, or the 5G wifi band on your router?

If the latter, what wifi connection speed are your devices getting?

Can 1 or 2 of them switch to the 2.4G band?

Do you have an ethernet-connected computer? This gives the best indication of speed. Use the speed test on TPG's support page.
