This is my 2nd message on these forums as the online chat is pathetic. I raised an issue and your supposed engineer was supposed to be in contact with me and this never happened. I rasied this concern with the forums and again no update aftre the first response. I think i might need to engage the TIO as the interent is pathetic with capped upload speeds. Paying for 40 getting 4 woow. If you cannot sustain the uploads that i am paying for then i should be able to find another provider that can accomadate the upload speeds and i should not have to payout my 8 months contract that are left.
Please respond ASAP as this is getting riddicoulous.
