Slow adsl2+ speeds

Hi

My internet speeds have been very slow and with plenty of drop outs. Can't even get a speed test in.

Theres plenty of other complaints on here. Whats going on at the moment?

I've had no issues in at least 2 years till now. NBN co have been working in the area...

Thanks for your time posting your comment here and sorry to hear that you're having issues with the speed and stability of your service. I've managed to run some remote tests on your service and I don't see any line issues that can affect your connection, in fact, I see high data usage recorded and your modem/router is currently syncing at more than 11.5 Mbps which is acceptable with respect to the length of the copper line from the exchange to your premise. 

 

I have escalated this matter to our technical team and requested for a call back tomorrow, Wednesday 23/January/2019 between 9:00AM to 11:00AM AEDST using the contact number on file. If you have a preferred contact number and convenient time to receive a call, please let me know so I can pass it to the team handling your case.
