Hey,
I'm a customer on the NBN50 plan with a HFC connection, who was previously getting 47mb/s upload, 18 - 20mb/s download, and around 10ms ping. The quality of my service has noticably declined over the last 6 weeks or so. Specifically, my upload speeds now range between 0.8mb/s - 5mb/s and my ping varies between 21 - 180ms. Occasionally, I notice my download speeds drop to around 35mb/s, but I am more concerned about the poor upload speeds. Resetting the router does not solve the issue.
These test results where acheived on my computer, which is plugged directly into my router.
Any suggestions on how I can fix this?
