Slow internet NBN FTTC SL Bundle Fast

Since I upgraded from ADSL2+ to NBN FTTC SL Bundle Fast ($69.99/mth), there is no improvement in speed. It became much slower. Keeps dropping out. Even youtube keeps buffering which hardly happens before in my old plan that’s only $59.99 a month. Kinda disappointed. Please help.
