Get online support

No internet for a while and still being charged

TPG sent a technician but the issue was never resolved. The technician said he will return on Monday tomorrow to resolve this but he expects the issue to be complicated.

I cannot use any internet now at home for like a month and TPG is still charging me. It is very frustrating. I would rather just go back to ADSL2 plus should I know the NBN TPG provides is so unstable and bad.
