Slow internet since yesterday

Hi,
Internet speed is very slow since yesterday around 2-4mbps. Can you please check what is the issue. It's really hindering the work

Hi

 

I have looked up your details and completed a remote Speedtest from your Modem.

You're on the 12M/1M plan and as you can see below the service is working well.

Something to consider is are you doing the tests via Wifi?
How far away from the router you are doing tests from via Wifi?

How many devices are active on your Network when completing your Speedtests.
