Get online support

I can’t get to talk to someone ! I’m frustrated now! And I’m disappointed !

My internet is not working properly and it looks like the router is not good! It is very slow for uploading data! Less than 3 mb !

I have done troubleshooting through:

1- messages
2- somebody called me and asked to modify settings etc.
3- then I called again, and TPG was going to call me back, but they didn’t.
4- si what’s next?
5- who is going to call me and give me a real answer ?

I need a solution this week!

I am checking your TPG-FTTB UBE service and I cant see your modem connected ATM.

 

Can you check your setup, and make sure everythign is plugged in properly and powered on.
