Hi there,
I am using NBN50 plan.
Internet speed has been slow for a couple of weeks, this is the speed tested wired.
There were quite a few times that the router disconnected and reconnected.
Can anyone explain what happened and how to fix this?

If you're also having dropouts together with a slow connection speed it could be a line fault affecting the service. Send me your account details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file) so we can proceed with further test and investigation.
