Slow internet speed

The internet speed in my area is slow today, I would like to know why and how long for and if I can do something to have it tested

I have tested your ADSL service and the phone line is failing some specs.

 

I have created a fault ticket and one of our engineers should contact you within 24-48hrs.

I have PMed you your fault reference number.
