Slow internet

Hi. We’re experiencing slow internet again. I’ve only been able to complete one speed test (file attached) and now I keep receiving an error message (also attached).
Our slow internet is an ongoing issue but this seems to be a new problem. If you can respond ASAP as my husband is trying to work from home which is proving difficult with no internet.
