Hi
I'm signed upto the NBN 50 plan but the speeds i'm getting are half of what they should be. I've never gotten speeds above 30, but the last couple of nights I don't even have enough speed to stream off stan or netflix and when I performed a speed test the best speed I got was 3mb/s one of them was under 1 and I reset my modem had no effect.

I'd like to know on which device(s) you experience slow connection on your service.

Initial test result shows a passing speed on the line and your connected for 19h 31m

Thanks for the details, @KLB.

To identify what actual speed you're getting on the line. Will you be able to run a speed test on a desktop/laptop connected via LAN/Ethernet cable?

If yes. Please post a screen shot of the test result on this thread.

Hi @KLB, thanks for getting back to us.

Is there a way you can run a speed test on a device connected via ethernet cable?

If you are unable to run a speed test using a wired connection, we recommend having a read of these TPG Community articles which may  help you in improving the wireless connection.
