Slow internet

Hi. I'm on the NBN FTTN 50 plan and have been getting very slow internet speed. At 7am, my speed test showed download speed of 11.7 mbps and 13.7 mbps upload. At night it's worse. Is anyone else having this trouble at the moment?? Thanks

You may turn OFF the modem/router for 30 seconds, then turn it back ON before you troubleshoot in order to start fresh.
