Slow internet

Yesterday my internet went so slow and today it’s not working at all. Even the internet light has stopped flashing on my modem.

I have checked your ADSL2+ service, and your modem shows trained up at 12.8meg for 2.1km.

This is a great speed. It is also authenticated.

 

It could be related to your setup.
