Get online support

Slow speed and constant drop outs, I've even upgraded my plan

Dear Support, 

 

I've been experiencing slow speeds and constant drop outs.

I've replaced my router, and even upgraded my internet plan, but it's not helping.

 

I've read multiple posts with the same issue on this forumn, it seems it's something to do with the line configurations that needs to be adjusted on your end.

 

I've tried contacting support with online chat but have been getting "Our team members are currently serving other customers. We appreciate your patience. Please try again later."
I've tried contact support over the phone, but after 30min of wating, an automated message tells me that there's no capacity to handle my call, and was hanged up on.

 

Please if you can have a look at my line setting.

I've tried again today to use online chat and calling, both were not reachable.

Please update on what I can do thank you.
