Slow speed on 5G 100Mbps plan

I have Sagemcom Fast 5866T home wireless modem, always get 3 bar out of 4 signal strength, software version is SGJy100058, it's periodally slow the speed and wouldn't fix unless I reboot/reset or powercycled the modem via modem interface. I am not sure firmware is the issue or the modem itself is faulty. I find it's quote annoying. Can someone suggest what is the problem please?

Do you experience the slow speed at a specific time or it's random?

Have you also tried to relocate the modem/router?

 

Shoot me a PM with your TPG username or customer ID number to check this as well.
