Slow speeds and drop outs

Extremely slow speeds, unable to watch anything without buffering every 3-5 seconds then connection drops out. Has been this way for months, had a technician come out and “fix a wiring problem” which never changed the amount of dropouts we get. Would like to know how to cancel my account as I’m paying for a service that can’t be provided, on hold for so long without an answer. Absolute joke

We were able to locate your account using your community details and have seen that the case was escalated to our Engineering team for further investigation. A TPG technician has been booked to visit the premises for further investigation. Further updates will be given by the assigned Engineer.
