Approx 2 weeks ago we were notified of TPG works within our area (Carrum Vic). Since then have been suffering very low speed and frequent drop outs. We are wireless and hence have no device to connect directly to modem. Today down loads are 1.9 and uploads 7.4 and this varies considerably. We are very frustrated considering our plan. Have tried ringing once to remain in the que for 25-30 minutes.
