Slow wifi

TPG has caused numerous problems for me, the main one is it randomly disconnecting during the day up to 5 times. I play online games and these consistant disconnects have ruined my experience. The wifi logo has a yellow sign next to it and the wifi doesn't work until around 5-10minutes. The next problem is sometimes my ping just spikes to a level of unplayable. This happens far to often almost every game I'm thinking about changing plans to Optus or Dodo as this has become a real problem to me.
