I am getting around 15-20 spam emails every day. I update the filter settings with part of the from address and also a word from the subject, but they keep coming. The sender seems to chenge their email address but the subjects remain the same. If I click the Spam button, will TPG email remember the sunject and automatically move it to the Spam folder?

Since you've noticed that the emails have almost the same subject, then you can change your 'Advance Filters' to move or permanently delete the emails that contains the said subject.
