This morning no one home besides me i got this speed test and 5 mins later it was back to normal. this is constant issue.

I have checked your NBN-FTTN 100/40 service in our NBN portals and all tests are passing.
Sometimes NBN do maintenance, upgrades, modifications to their network that can impact end users services for short periods of times. It is outside of RSP's control.

I have escalated to on site Tech. i work in IT and 25mps on 100vdsl is not acceptable.. i dont care what the nbn service says is passing - i have a product that is not performing and its been like this for some time..
Hense why Ken attended yesterday. Can you flag this post for him...
Im currently getting 67mbps thats acceptable.. it changes all day.. with nothing using it.. i also can see the utilization on my modem in the Draytek Data Flow.
