Speed not as advertised

Hi,

I’m on a 50mbps plan, however my speed test always shows about 19-25mbps.
I already tried resetting the mode, and all.
Anyone who can help?
I read some people had theirs “internet” reset remotely.

If you are using a WIFI connection, then you may check these links to improve your home network.

 

 

We've managed to locate your account and remote tests indicated that the modem is currently detecting a line speed of 100Mbps.
