Speed not happy

Hi
I have been problem and checked with TPG technical support staff but I don’t think it can fix. I only use wifi when I get home, I can’t enjoy anything
Very disappointed speed, I want to cancel my account and refund from start.
As soon as I start current deal, I couldn’t be able to use wifi at home.
