Speed test

Unable to speed test. Same message in the morning and in the afternoon. What could be the reason?

Thanks for raising this with us.

We checked the account and it shows that the modem/router is getting a good connection speed.

 

If you are using a WiFi connection, then signal interference may be causing the issue.
