Hi, we are on NBN and paying for 50 gb but tonight and most nights on speed tests we are get 12 upload 2.3 down load. This is worse than ADSL and way more expensive. NBN came to the house a week after we failed to get service when we first joined and put new parts in!!  God only knows what they put in first time round. Now this. Really what have we been tricked into.?  The company and NBN collaborate and both blame the consumer. You're not sitting in the right spot,  A wall is in your house, your cats too fat. You've heard it all. It worked before, slowly but still worked on ADSL 2 but now absolutely crap. Please change my speeds or upgrade me for free. It's absolutely criminal to behave like this. I hope I'm not off to the ombudsman again. I took Telstra three times and won every time. No fun in that but surely we don't have to accept this.  Help now please.
