Tpg app will not check speed on superfast nbn service

Hi andystokes. Could you take a screenshot of the error message when trying to run a speedtest using TPG App and post it on this thread.

You may also use www.speedtest.net or Ookla's speed test application for testing the connection speed.

Let us know how it will go.
