Static IP on FTTC residential

Hi, I currently have a FTTC residential service and require a static IP address. I had this on my original ADSL service. I am considering a change to a small office bundle. What is the best way to arrange a change and how long would it usually take? All suggestions appreciated, thanks.

Since you already have the equipment needed for the service, it may take 1 to 2 working days to activate. Our team will be able to check to confirm the activation time frame.
