I made a NBN cancellation request via https://cyberstore.tpg.com.au/your_account/cancel.php over a month ago, so I should be past the notice period now, but am unsure if the cancellation has been processed. I am no longer in that property so can't tell from the fact that the NBN is still working or not, and my online account page has no inidication of the cancellation. I want to ensure that the cancellation has been completed so I will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
