Still no internet at least 30 hours now

Have lodged fault, and mentioned here.
Received garbled phone message i cannot understand and am working.
Fault log says "customer action required"... what can this be. We've been through all the connection checks and turned off and on modem a few times, had plenty of time waiting to do this!!!
Email communication would be easier to follow than phone messages that are barely audible please!
