Still no internet

Hi, paid for NBN 2 weeks ago, got box 1 week ago, txt sent told to start internet.
multiple ph calls, told to keep trying website, keep trying to start box. Still nothing. Told to wait 30 days!! Now i have received a 3rd txt stating please start your NBN. For the 3rd time IT'S NOT WORKING.

An absolute joke!
