Still no modem

Tpg has told that they had shipped out a new modem on around 12th or 13th of august, but i had received no email or a tracking number yet.

We'd love to help and see the status of your modem/router shipment. We tried to use your community detials to pull up the account unfortunately it does not show any matching records. To better understand the situation, we'd like to get your account details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file).
