Streaming Slow

Just joined TPG on the NBN100 plan and now YouTube, Disney+ and Netflix are constantly buffering.

Just did a speed test and I am getting 36.4Mbps down and 17.9Mbps up, well off the typical evening speeds of 85Mbps down (it's currently 8pm for me).

Thanks for raising this to us, I would love to help and get to the bottom of this. Please confirm if the devices used to watch YouTube, Disney+ and Netflix are connected via Wi-Fi.

 

If so, we did an article that you may find helpful this will guide you on how to eliminate wireless interference and to improve the connectin at the same time. Please see the links below.

Just did a speed test using the SpeedTest app and I am sitting at 0.81Mbps Down and 2.32Mbps Up.

What is going on?

For slow speed issues, we've created an article that will help you resolve it.

Do you have a computer that can be connected via Wired to compare the connection speed? Have you tried the troubleshooting given in the articles to improve your home WiFi network?

Are you using the 2.4GHz or 5GHz band network?
