Hi,
Was recently upgraded to superfast plan. The speed no difference to 50 Mbps. It’s does make sense for this upgraded. Spoken to representative nothing change. Totally disappointed. Please advices?

Are you still having the same speed right now? Try to turn off the modem for 3mins and let us know how it will go.

Hi,
Try to turn off modern for 3 mins as per instruction. After Internet back on continued run a test still slight better than 50 mbps. It would never reach to 70mbps. Honestly, how can this plan be capable to anywhere reach 100 mbps or up to 210mbps as advertised.
