I have recently accepted an offer to continue on with the Superfast plan (past expiry on 9-Sept-2021).
The speeds were as advertised during my trial but after accepting the offer and upgrading, the speeds appear to be capped similar to my original plan of 50mbps.
I have confirmed that my 5ghz connection is (still) up to the task and able to handle 200mbps (as it had been for all of the 6 month trial.
Please could you verify that my plan has been set to Superfast (200mbps) plan or if there are any recent changes to my line.
