I've moved to this new plan after accepting the offer from TPG. However, since then my speed is around 50-75 Mbps in WiFi with SpeedTest app in my MacBook Pro. With Ethernet it is slightly up, but never I was close to 200 Mbps as promised. I just check again this morning at around 6:30 AM.
I was getting better promotion speed at around 125+ Mbps. It is disappointing to see this thing from my old trusted TPG....
Would you please try to resolve this issue? Thanks in advance.
