this week, the internet has been getting slow speeds until a catastrophic incident tonight where the internet completely disappeared for 4 hours - our location is on the Sydney city fringe.
Customers have reported being extremely frustrated as TPG has not provided a reporting system for customers to talk to when outages occur. When calling the 13 number, customers were put through the menu selection but only then be told that the service is closed.
What is also annoying is that the TPG website does not report the outages. Tonight the site said there are no outages when clearly Sydney city fringe was experiencing a sever outage
