I'm not sure if TPG support did something or my manual factory reset actually fixed this problem.
What I did was the hard factory reset my router. i.e. long-press the reset button. After that, I can change and save custom configurations, and there is no self-factory reset anymore so far.
@RiezlUnfortunatly, this issue occurs again, several times per day, the TP-Link modem router keeps resetting and I have to manually enter my username/password for the connecting configuration after every resetting. The proble ruined my remote meeting many times, so annoyed!
Here is my modem router version:
Firmware Version:0.1.0 0.9.1 v5006.0 Build 200810 Rel.53181n
Hardware Version:Archer VR1600v v1 00000000
Can TPG fix this issue? Is this somthing to do with TPG's modem ?
