TP Link VR600v - NBN setup

It's been about a week with no internet/phone and I'm waiting for my new modem to arrive... I spoke with TPG and they advised the issue was with the Huawei HG659.

I purchased the TP Link VR600v as a temporary fix however I can't seem to get it set up.

Is anyone using the same model with their NBN/voip that could possibly advise how to set it up?

One of our customer was able to use their own TP-Link router to work with their NBN HFC. You may refer to this community link.

Please note that the VoIP home phone will not work with a third party modem/router.
