TPG 5G Home Broadband Extremely Slow

My tpg 5G home broadband is extremely slow for the last 3 days. Especially during the day, and seems get better during midnight. I am located in Point Cook area. Lots of people around here suffering the same issue. Please investigate and help.

Can confirm. Point Cook resident here.

 

Speeds are unusable. Cannot stream video. Websites intermittently stop.

 

Service status says no issues but clearly there's a problem?
