Hi TPG,
I am exisintg customer that upgraded to the 5G home broadband service, and just received the modem today. Internet wise, everything works perfectly, however, I'm unsure how the entire virtual phone comes into play. I was told that we will be able to receive calls but not make phone calls. I tried calling our original home phone's number, but nothing went through. Could you provide me more info on how virtual phone works?

It is good to hear that you have been enjoying our 5G home wireless service. If you have a virtual phone enabled on your account, you can forward all incoming calls to an alternative phone number of your choosing (Standard Australian landlines/mobiles only). This can be done by logging in to your My Account > Select Service to Manage > Virtual Phone > Settings. Then, you must enable the Call Forwarding feature and nominate a number.

Angeli- I have tried this an always get a message saying that it has failed to update the number that I am trying to forward to.
