Hi TPG,   I am exisintg customer that upgraded to the 5G home broadband service, and just received the modem today. Internet wise, everything works perfectly, however, I'm unsure how the entire virtual phone comes into play. I was told that we will be able to receive calls but not make phone calls. I tried calling our original home phone's number, but nothing went through. Could you provide me more info on how virtual phone works? Thank you     ... View more
