Get online support
My new TPG 5G interenet is suffering constant dropouts ( everyday), usually in the evenings, but also during the day.
As a new customer and a fulltie student, I am finding this VERY frustrating.
I have tried;
-turning off and on at the wall
-making sure no other devices in the house are connected
-made sure the moden is in a room, near a window where it can receive clear signal.
The lights usually stay green at the beggining of the dropout, then eventually one of them turns red, then the interenet reconnects.
It happens to both my phone and my computer, similtainiously.
