we applied 5G modem, but take very long to receive the modem, we have to apply other service. We haven't actived the 5G service yet.
Can we return the 5G modem and refund the prepaid service fee? thanks!

Hi there, as we discussed, I sent email to cancel@tpg.com.au but no one reply till now.
I also received another email to ask me active the service and cannot repose to the email.
Could you please confirm you have received the cancellation requestion and send me the modem return barcode, So I can return the modem and you can refund the fee? thanks!
@chenshaio80 Please allow up to 2 business days for feedback from our Accounts Team. Once your cancellation is finalised, you will receive a return label so you can send the modem back.
