TPG Blocking POP and IMAP

We cannot access our business website or send or receive any emails on our business email accounts/addresses when we are connected to our TPG internet service as TPG seems to be blocking our POP and IMAP traffic as it relates to our business email


When we disconnect from TPG and use our mobile stick Telstrat no problem all works well  we can send and receive etc


When we use TPG we can still send and receive from out other business email accounts

So for more than a week now we have to us mobile wifi sticks as TPG doesnt work for us
