I've filled out the cancellation form but haven't received an email. 

I would like to cancel/close my account ASAP.

Hi @jso743, you should receive a confirmation email 24-48 hours after you have have submitted your cancellation request.

 

If you need further help, you can shoot us a private message with your customer ID or username.
