TPG Email Activation

Level 2


I did set up two emails for xxxx account and the slave emails are xxx & xxx. They are already observed at the my email accounts, however I cannot check my emails on these addresses as  cannot log in using their username as xxxx & xxxx with their corresponding passwords. 


Can someone assist on this query in order for me to use both email addresses.
