Get online support
Hi, I recently posted about high latency starting at around 7PM on TPG FTTB, with games constantly disconnecting etc etc.
I believe I am not the only one. A whirlpool post here goes into more detail:

Are we able to get someone from TPG to look into this?

there must be a reason they are routing that way......... You would think it was a fixable problem looking at the tracerts from the other post.
