TPG NBN Bundle plan speeds

Hi,

IVe always found it difficult to figure out what speed plans my customers are on wiht TPG when they have been a long time customer and considering upgrades / bundle changes.  

I have a customer whos plan and contract detals says "NBNFTTN Broadband SL Bundle Standard"
What speed is this meant to be?  as we are getting 11mbps download and 0.6Mbps upload.  and trying to determine if this is a 12/1 or 25/5 or other plan ?
